2012 Collection

4
Since 2007, the Île Courts Festival takes place in September in Mauritius. The Festival is a place for creation, research, learning and improvement. Each year, young Mauritian film makers see through their film projects thanks to the support they receive from the Festival as well as from a team of professionals concerned with sharing their knowledge.
This fourth collection features the five new short movies made by young Mauritian directors who participated, in September 2011, to the Ecrire court (script writing) workshop offered by the Île Courts Festival. This way, we would like to support the development of an independent cinema, peculiar to our country, an able to travel beyond its frontiers.
